Such preliminary inquiries are based on age/gender, location and industry and generally do not require personal employee names or medical information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our clients to members of our firm that need-to-know that information in order to provide our clients with professional services. We retain records relating to the professional services we provide in accordance with agency, accounting and/or government standards.
