(1). This page deals directly with health reform implementations for Ohio. Most of the issues referenced here relate to implementation of the Ohio State budget Am. Sub. H.B. 1. There is a hotline for questions about these new changes: 1-800-686-1626:

(3). Lastly, here is a link relating to a “healthcare implementation guideline.” This links to a PDF that was released in April of 2010. Some of the elements of the timing listed may be modified further. We are trying to remain watchful for any new implementation dates. In some states there have been issues suggesting the possibilities of delays on certain issues.
Ohio is one of a group of states that was able to select a high risk pool insurer (Medical Mutual of Ohio). The high risk pool is intended to provide more affordable options for individuals in Ohio who cannot access health insurance due to pre-existing conditions. Here is a link to the timeline page:
